Changing the store owner

In order to properly change the store owner, you need to complete three steps::

  • Change the owner’s details in your terms of service, regulations
  • Change the billing details in your admin panel (Account settings> Manage Subscriptions> Change billing details)

  • and give dashboard access to the new owner. You can either give the new owner the password for the main account or create a new account (arrow next to the shop name> Users > +User) and then select the switch that will give ownership rights to the new person.
