Managing a Shoplo store with Multichannel

Connecting your Shoplo store to Multichannel

To connect your Shoplo store, sign in to your Multichannel dashboard and from the left menu click on the ‘+’ button:

Look for ‘Shoplo’ and click on ‘Connect‘:

 A small window will pop-up. Click again on Connect if you already have a store or on Create your store if you want to create a new Shoplo store.

Follow the on-screen instructions to sign into your account:

You will be asked if you want to install this application.  Click on Install:

Depending on how many products you have in that store, you may need to wait a few seconds or a couple of minutes while your products are being matched.

How does the data synchronization work?

After you connect your Shoplo account to Shoplo Multichannel, any changes on your orders, customers and stock will be reflected in Multichannel immediately.

Please note, that from now on all changes on your products and stock should be done from your Multichannel account. If you manually edit your inventory on Shoplo, Multichannel will immediately overwrite it, and if you make any changes to product details, the data might not be correctly updated in Multichannel, causing data mismatch among your sales channels. To avoid this, only make changes from your Multichannel dashboard.
