Support for themes and applications

Themes that are available in Shoplo have many personalization options. This applies to ready-to-go themes, the list of which you will find here, as well as those prepared in a theme builder.

As part of technical support regarding the functionalities available in customize, you can contact our support at [email protected] or via the contact form.

Shoplo provides technical support for the themes and applications developed only by Shoplo. If you have a problem with an app or a theme from other authors – you should contact them.


Additional themes modifications

For stores created after 31.05.2020, as part of the purchased subscription, we have the option of implementing changes to the theme for you, that goes beyond the standard customization features. Below you will find information about your support:

  • Pro, Advanced – 30 minutes of programming work for the entire period of running a store on Shoplo,
  • VIP – 60 minutes of programming work for the entire period of running a store on Shoplo and additional paid technical support regarding theme modification.

The Starter subscription plan does not have technical support related to additional modifications.

Apart from the time you are entitled to in the Pro and Advanced plans, you will not be able to use additional help from our programmers. Of course, it is about additional modifications to the theme, in case of errors you can rely on us.

If you would like to benefit from additional paid support of our programmers, go to the VIP subscription plan.

To make additional visual changes to your theme, you can establish cooperation with an external programmer. In this case, the theme’s technical support is taken over by the person making the changes.
