In Shoplo chat you can set:

You can set it up in Shoplo Chat > Settings > Languages> Welcome message
Automatic invitation allow you to automatically send chat invitations to visitors based on their website activity.
For example, you can greet the person who is already the third time on your website, or the customer who is already on the shopping cart page. In Shoplo Chat you can create up to three automatic invitations.
Set up the automatic invitations in Shoplo Chat > Settings > Automatic invitations.
